Job Summary
Track MDAT actions from initiation through closure while maintaining audit-ready documentation. Coordinate with finance to complete CAP reports and ensure alignment between logistics records and financial reporting. Order, receive, inventory, package, and ship electronic equipment in accordance with security policies. Monitor stock levels to coordinate replenishment and generate logistics-related reports on inventory and asset status. Work independently with minimal supervision in a secure, classified environment. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 15 years of logistics experience, and a 9/80 work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics or supply support
- Ordering, receiving, and inventorying parts, components, supplies, and equipment
- Packaging and shipping of electronic equipment
- Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate logistics, inventory, and asset documentation
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a secure environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with finance and technical/program teams
- Secret or Top Secret clearance, or the ability obtain a clearance
- U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with organization‐specific systems used for MDAT, CAP, and property or asset management
- Experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools for generating reports and maintaining spreadsheets and logs
- Experience with rapid procurement of parts, components, supplies, and equipment in support of time‐sensitive mission needs
