Close weekly activities and plan the new week alongside route analysts to align with objectives. Conduct weekly meetings with carriers and route analysts to ensure effective communication. Attend morning delivery team meetings to focus on productivity and return indices while monitoring team management indicators. Participate in productivity meetings with the Regional Production Center (CRP) to drive continuous process improvements. Perform daily operational reviews (GOD) to analyze all operational aspects. Plan weekly routes ensuring delivery quality and monitoring key area metrics. Requires a full university degree, advanced knowledge of logistics routines, intermediate Excel, and Power BI skills. Full-time role in São Paulo/SP.
