Job Summary
Oversee key logistics processes including vehicle holds, repair workflows, aged vehicle tracking, shipping reports, and carrier resolution while serving as a liaison between customers, management, and operations. Prepare daily reports for dealership and regional teams, monitor company cards and show car allocations, and perform data mining to resolve system discrepancies. Utilize delivery-storage plans to minimize vehicle processing wait times and communicate part issues immediately to develop contingency plans. Conduct yard patrols to control unauthorized personnel and assist in team member training. Requires an associate's degree in logistics or customer service, one year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Base salary ranges from $59,000 to $62,000. Located in Savannah, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in administrative, logistics, customer service or related field
- At least one year of experience in a customer service related role
- Knowledge of customer service and support regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Strong organizational, probelm-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively resent information and respond to questions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- May require the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and transport items
