Job Summary
Coordinate logistics processes from operators to end customers across the country, monitoring daily operations and KPIs while resolving operational issues with clients and internal teams. Track logistics costs to identify optimization opportunities, oversee pallet balance flow and reconciliation, and ensure inventory accuracy and lot traceability between Red Bull and the logistics operator. Support inventory preparations for products, marketing materials, and fixed assets, contributing to monthly and annual closure processes. Manage fixed asset flow, prepare operational reports for local business and HQ, and handle logistics and quality claims while monitoring damage and non-conformities. Monitor SAP, EDI, and other system functionalities, support audit documentation, and identify process improvements for standardization and automation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze logistyki, customer service lub supply chain, preferencyjnie w branży FMCG
- Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności organizacyjne oraz analityczne
- Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i proaktywne podejście do realizowanych zadań
- Umiejętność budowania efektywnych relacji i współpracy z różnymi interesariuszami
- Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
- Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Znajomość SAP S/4HANA będzie dodatkowym atutem
- Nastawienie na ciągłe doskonalenie procesów oraz poszukiwanie usprawnień
