Job Summary
Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up and delivery of goods while managing logistics costs to meet budgets and operational plans. Drive optimization in inbound and outbound solutions to reduce business freight costs and actively support site inbound and outbound logistic VCP projects. Act as the contact window for well management in outbound equipment tools, supporting freight forwarders in site logistic operations to improve outbound equipment productivity. Requires a Bachelor's degree or five years of experience in logistics, material management, or supply chain, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of work experience in logistics, material management, warehousing, or supply chain management
- 3 years of experience working in logistics, materials management, warehousing and distribution, or supply chain management
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Expertise, including Lean Six Sigma process methodology
- Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
- Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments
- Experience working in a compliant supply chain
- Lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership – always with unyielding integrity
