Job Summary
As a Liquids Logistics Services Representative (or Partner) in Nashville, TN, you will manage river segments, coordinate boats and barges, perform data entry in logistics applications, schedule tank barges, create towboat orders, communicate with customers and vendors to meet service expectations, review vendor invoices, and collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or significant relevant experience), 1-3 years of logistics/customer-service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is primarily on-site with a remote option one day per week after training, offering a hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (may be waived with significant relevant experience)
- 1-3 years of customer service or logistics experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
