Job Summary
Coordinate ocean, air, and trucking freight with carriers and third-party logistics providers while managing fulfillment and distribution activities. Maintain SOPs and work instructions to ensure operational best practices and compliance with customer requirements. Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, support continuous process improvements, and evaluate logistics processes for efficiency gains. Build relationships with vendors and internal teams to resolve freight problems and drive long-term business growth. This one-year on-site contract offers a pay rate of approximately $28/hour for a candidate with strong analytical skills and a background in import operations or customs compliance.

- 1+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean import)
