Job Summary
Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via Air, Ocean, and Land transportation while tracking shipments across different channels. Daily liaison with customers, carriers, and internal staff to resolve discrepancies and problems within the logistics system. Report monthly on Key Performance Indicators for the Supply Chain function and develop performance metrics to evaluate internal resources and external partner collaboration. Maintain essential account documentation, keep proper records of all transactions, and analyze areas of corporate logistics to find cost-effective transport methods. Coordinate with site managers to assure effective operations and perform ad-hoc reporting as required. Bachelor's Degree and 1–5+ years of logistics experience including Freight Forwarding required. Korean bilingual proficiency and ability to travel up to 10% in the U.S. are mandatory.

- 1~5+ years of experience in the logistics industry Including Freight Forwarding and relevant industry knowledge including Strategy Planning
- Very Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- Ability to travel up to 10% in U.S.
