Job Summary
Logistics Material Disposer role focusing on returnable container management, KPI definition and monitoring, and ensuring container flow across interfaces such as warehouse operations. Responsibilities include setting up accounts for containers and suppliers, managing the returnable container process and container fleet, coordinating with suppliers to identify root causes and take corrective measures (including charge-backs), generating emergency orders, preparing the complaints process with carriers and suppliers, and applying continuous improvement practices. Requires 3+ years in supply chain/logistics, supplier management experience, knowledge of OEM standards, cost/penalties/claims management, KPI handling, warehouse operations, English proficiency, and a 30-month role duration. The position is full-time and based in San Luis Potosí, MX.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse operations, Returnable Container Management and/or similar positions
- Supplier management
- Knowledge of OEMs standards
- Cost, penalties and claims management
- Handling of KPIs
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and internal logistics
- Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Fluent English
