Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator role handling customer/vendor requests, issuing quotes, tracking shipments, and solving logistics problems in a transitioning work setup from temporary remote to on-site Miami. Responsibilities include receiving requests, executing orders, checking shipment status, analyzing customer needs, providing solutions, applying established processes, and supporting operations with limited supervision. Requires experience-oriented proficiency, the ability to identify key issues from data, and collaboration with teams in a permanent, full-time capacity; shift is Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM EST, with an initial remote period transitioning to an on-site Miami office.
