Job Summary
Forecast revenue, pipeline, and budget variances while calculating key SaaS KPIs including MRR growth, churn, LTV, and CAC. Lead ERP implementation and maintenance across the business cycle, from client onboarding to employee experience, while building economic models for new market expansion. Prepare comprehensive board presentations and P&L budgets, establishing financial controls and processes to support investor reporting and IPO preparation. Review legal agreements for enterprise sales closures in collaboration with external counsel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, business administration, finance, economics, statistics or related fields
- 13 to 18 years of experience in helping or leading accounting professionals, working with auditors and investor representatives in IT consulting, investment banking or SaaS organizations
- Advanced skill-set for driving ERP implementations, CRM maintenance, transfer pricing exercises, statutory and tax audits (including hold on GAAP and IFRS)
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization/analytics tools
- Solid know-how of Enterprise SaaS products, KPIs and business model
- Ability to multi task at a high degree with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in client and investor meetings
- Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus

- Strong organizational skills, working with multiple stakeholders/team members, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
