Job Summary
Log and track the receipt and shipment of all samples, verifying receipts against Chain of Custody documentation and noting discrepancies. Label and route samples to appropriate analysis labs or walk-ins, assigning job numbers in the LIMS for tracking. Perform sample pick-up and drop-off, including courier duties and preparing bottle kits for client collection in accordance with DOT and EPA regulations. Monitor freezers and cooler temperatures daily, dispose of hazardous materials per SOPs, and maintain company vehicles and work areas. Perform splits and composites as required while maintaining safety and environmental compliance. Full-time position Monday through Friday with overtime as needed; candidates must reside commutable distance of Holt, MI.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, and speak)
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed
- Candidates living within a commutable distance of Holt, MI
