Job Summary
Logic and Accuracy (L&A) Tester needed to perform testing on voting equipment including ballot scanners, ballot marking devices, and electronic pollbooks to ensure proper functionality. Work will take place at the Local Board of Elections office with occasional travel within the county and across Maryland. Responsibilities include documenting testing results, following strict security procedures, assisting with setup and breakdown of testing areas, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable with basic technical skills, able to work both independently and in a team, and flexible to work extended hours as needed. This role supports the election process and provides hands-on experience with voting technology in a structured, team-driven environment.
