Job Summary
Operate a front-end loader and knuckle boom to unload and load trucks while grading and scaling logs per company guidelines. Perform scaling, trimming, and preparing logs, and use a handheld data recording device to track operations. Adhere strictly to plant safety, environmental, and operational guidelines. Requires chainsaw operation skills, valid South Carolina driver's license, and experience as an equipment operator in a log yard or logging environment. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and willing to work in hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial conditions. Required Qualifications
- Adherence to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Chainsaw operation
