Log Yard Technician

Conduct log sorting, scaling, and decking operations using a front-end loader and knuckle boom to manage incoming and outgoing hardwood flow. Receiving and scale logs for species, grades, and sorts per company guidelines while operating handheld data collectors to input inventory details. Perform chainsaw operation as needed and strictly adhere to facility safety policies. Hourly pay with medical, dental, paid time off, and company-matching 401(k). Preferred experience includes operating heavy equipment; a relevant technical or undergraduate degree may substitute for field experience.
