LOFT Stock Associate, Providence Town Center

Unpack and organize incoming shipments, including lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lb, with back-of-house focus. As a Sales Associate, provide authentic customer experiences through personalized styling recommendations, maintain visual and operational standards, and collaborate with the team to create inviting in-store atmospheres. Responsibilities include ensuring merchandise is well-organized and properly positioned on the sales floor, using brand behaviors and available tools to drive loyalty, and contributing to seamless omnichannel experiences. Flexible hours with availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; opportunity to assist with additional operations or sales as needed. Prior retail or customer-focused experience is preferred.
