Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans, and accurately record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families. Part-time role with opportunities for fellowship and internship hours, pay parity and career advancement within the ABA field, and no minimum case requirements. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification prior to working; willingness to learn and a compassionate, patient approach are valued.
