Job Summary
Seasonal Lodging Maintenance Technician Level II responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks across Deer Valley’s lodging facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general upkeep. Duties include operating company vehicles and tools, handling pool chemicals and other materials, performing interior/exterior maintenance, and supporting grounds and snow removal. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks; shifts include weekends, holidays, and graveyard times. In-country H-2B visa eligibility is required/eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of technician experience
- Education: No formal education requirement
- Licenses: Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs), work at heights, and complete physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Other Requirements: Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, swing, and graveyard shifts
