Job Summary

Conduct guest check-ins, handle luggage, and provide resort information while performing daily property checks, garbage removal, and snow clearing. Operate seasonal maintenance equipment like snow blowers and mowers, mix fuel, and execute grounds upkeep including mowing, trimming, and debris pick-up. Manage the Village Market by stocking, cleaning, and processing sales transactions, while assisting with technology troubleshooting, shuttle operations, and minor maintenance tasks. Use Streamline software to create work orders and answer guest inquiries, ensuring public areas and company vehicles remain clean. Monitor environmental conditions for safety and perform weekly vehicle inspections, all while maintaining professional communication and adapting to changing schedules.

Required Qualifications

High School graduate or GED equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possess a valid driver's license
Be eligible for WSI's vehicle insurance policy
Must take responsibility for personal safety
Must participate in company safety programs
Must be able to work safely within OSHA guidelines for hazardous materials, including fuels, oils, fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Overtime may be required during peak demand times at the discretion of management
Flexibility in schedule changes on short notice is required
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with little supervision
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
Must be able to sit/stand at a computer workstation for up to 2 hours daily
Must safely drive company vehicles in daily duties
Must work under varying and sometimes severe weather conditions
Must use approved chemical cleaning agents daily
Must maintain professional appearance and communications at all times
Must use base radio and telephone systems to provide professional communication
Must be able to bend, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, shoveling, and stretching
Must frequently handle 20–50 pounds, often overhead
Must be able to assist guests with technology and telecommunications issues
Must operate efficiently in an office setting using computers
Must be on constant alert for unsafe conditions and work behaviors
Must perform periodic inspections of work and public areas
Must promptly notification to correct unsafe conditions or practices
Must be willing to learn and perform all positions related to Lodging operations
Must develop and maintain positive working relationships with Security, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
Must provide thorough information to guests about the resort and surrounding areas
Must clean public use areas of the Lodging Check-In and company vehicles daily

Must complete assigned duties related to guest issues and general property care
