Job Summary
Answer and screen incoming calls, accurately gather information, and enter data into the queue system. Monitor reservation and lodging emails, assign tasks, and book accommodations while liaising with hotels to resolve issues. Negotiate rates to maximize client savings, review Salesforce entries to avoid duplicates, and document nightly check-in interactions. Inform clients of applicable hotel policies and address complaints related to CHH facilities. Complete nightly call lists and maintain thorough documentation in Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years Lodging Coordinator experience
- Hospitality Industry experience
- Customer Service skills
- Multitasker capability
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with positive attitude
