Job Summary
Organise resident activities, coordinate development, manage contractors, and complete health and safety checks. Maintain property and provide first-class service to owners by acting as the trusted on-site liaison with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. Act with sensitivity and diplomacy while managing safety and security, using initiative to work independently. Requires outgoing personality, excellent administration skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience in retirement living, social housing, or hospitality. Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 3:00 pm, 27.5 hours per week.
