Job Summary
Assists casino customers in the Gift Shop, Lodge, and switchboard by directing incoming telephone calls, making reservations, and checking guests in and out. Substitutes for the night auditor when needed to complete paperwork and log books accurately. Arranges merchandise displays and manages monthly and annual inventory while maintaining BSA/AML compliance. Requires a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Non-Gaming license, 20/20 corrected vision, and at least six months of customer service experience. Full-time role with 8-hour shifts involving prolonged standing and lifting up to 30lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Non-Gaming license
- 20/20 corrected vision
- not be color blind
- physically able to withstand continued standing and sitting for 8 hours or more
- able to lift up to 30lbs
- able to bend, reach and grasp
- good finger dexterity
Desired Qualifications

- High school graduate or GED or experience in lieu of
