Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive training to develop full-cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Source qualified leads through outbound calls, internet research, email outreach, and platforms like LinkedIn and job boards. Use internal databases and external tools to identify, screen, and build Aya's provider pipelines. Support recruiters by identifying qualified leads, assisting with candidate submissions, and maintaining professional relationships internally and externally. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics with guidance and support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (any field of study considered)
- Strong drive and competitive mindset with a track record of personal or professional achievement
- Career-oriented with a demonstrated desire for growth and long-term advancement
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
