Job Summary
Locums OB/GYN needed in Uniontown, OH for full-scope obstetrics with 26-30 deliveries per month. No scheduled GYN surgeries. Daily patient rounding on first-call. ER calls for OB/GYN and first-trimester events. EMR: Epic. The assignment includes pager calls from 7:30am to 7:30am, and the client arranges travel, housing, and comprehensive malpractice coverage. Excellent OB staff for triaging patients with thorough reports. CompHealth handles credentialing and privileging support. Recruiter assists with all assignment details and time entry. This is a contract (locum tenens) position managed via CompHealth.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO credentialed obstetrician-gynecologist
- board-certified or board-eligible in obstetrics and gynecology
- active medical license in appropriate state
- ability to manage full-scope obstetrics
- no scheduled GYN surgeries in role
- EMR experience (Epic)
- willingness to cover pager call and on-call duties
- travel and housing arrangements provided
- malpractice coverage provided
