Conduct 30-minute response time beeper calls in an inpatient urology setting, averaging 5-6 patients per 24-hour period. Manage admissions and collaborate with a team of three board-certified surgeons, utilizing advanced endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery skills. Requires fellowship training in general urology; locum-to-perm transition preferred. Compensation ranges from $220 to $275 hourly, with weekly deposits, complimentary housing, travel, and comprehensive malpractice coverage. Credentialing and privileging are handled by the recruiter, with access to an online portal for assignment details and time entry.
