Job Summary
Locum tenens Neurologist in Montebello, CA needed for high-volume EMG work with up to 20 EMG procedures per day. Schedule is M-F, one week per month. Tech support available. Hospital privileges required. Assignment includes paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and competitive hourly compensation (200–275 hourly). Weatherby Healthcare consultant provides ongoing support; charter member of NALTO. Locations include Montebello, CA. Rates shown are estimates combining base pay with additional earnings such as overtime, call, and holiday pay.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO or equivalent medical degree
- Current medical license to practice Neurology in California
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
- Ability to perform EMG with high volume (up to 20 per day)
- Hospital privileges required
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Locum tenens experience preferred
