Locums Position in AK for Psychiatrist

Conduct inpatient mental health and psychiatric emergency coverage for patients aged 12 and up, managing 20 patients per shift with a 4:1 follow-up ratio. Deliver pharmacotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy while managing involuntary commitments. Address anxiety, affective, psychotic, personality, and eating disorders across inpatient units, community behavioral health, and consult liaison settings. Work a 7-on/7-off schedule from 8 am to 6 pm, 40 hours weekly, with low overnight call volume.
