Job Summary
Conduct 8 hours of daily patient care and manage 12–16 encounters per shift at an inpatient rehab facility treating post-acute cases including strokes, cardiac events, and accidents. Perform rounding on assigned patients with fewer than 3 phone consults on average while maintaining a call response time within 30 minutes. Work a schedule of 2 weeks per month with overnight call rotation. This role includes competitive compensation, pre-paid travel and housing, paid AAA-rated claims made malpractice insurance, licensing assistance, and cost reimbursement. The position is open to NALTO members.
