Conduct in-house call-only coverage in an inpatient pediatric urology setting, performing advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, and robotic procedures. Manage cases including percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, radical cystectomy, nephrectomy, and prostatectomy, with general urology skills required for adult and neonate patients. Provide approximately 3.5 months of leave coverage while utilizing weekly pay deposits, complimentary housing, and travel arrangements. Navigate the credentialing and privileging process through an online portal with dedicated recruiter support.
