Locums PA - Family Practice Position in CA

Conduct primary care for pediatric, adult, and women's patients across all ages in an office-based setting, performing required procedures. Manage a caseload of 20–24 patients per 8-hour shift or 25–27 per 9-hour shift, serving a primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working population. Work five days per week with 8-hour shifts, including one evening shift from 12 pm to 9 pm, and rotate one Saturday or Sunday monthly. You may opt for four 9-hour shifts per week. Earn competitive hourly compensation ranging from $70.00 to $90.00, inclusive of overtime, call, and holiday pay, with benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid malpractice insurance.
