Job Summary
Conduct primary care for pediatric, adult, and women's patients across all ages in an office-based setting. Manage 20 to 27 patients per shift while performing required office procedures, serving a primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working population. Work five days a week with 8-hour shifts, including one evening shift from 12 pm to 9 pm and one Saturday or Sunday rotation monthly. Optional four 9-hour shifts are available. Compensation ranges from $70 to $90 hourly, all-inclusive. Complimentary housing and travel are provided, along with coverage for licensing, malpractice, and credentialing.
Required Qualifications
- One evening shift per week: 12 pm - 9 pm
- One Saturday or Sunday per month required
- Option to work four 9-hour shifts per week
- 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 per 9-hour
- Primary care -- pediatric, adult, and women's care, all ages
- Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working patient population
