Conduct 6-7 cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgeries weekly in an inpatient setting, primarily performing pre/post-op and first assist roles with EVH skills. Split time between two facilities at the same hospital, maintaining a M-F 7am-5pm schedule where weekend calls may offset weeknight shifts.
