Job Summary
Locum Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician needed near Rockford, IL for in/outpatient coverage. Responsibilities include low risk pregnancy management, OB ultrasound performance/interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), routine vaginal deliveries and cesarean decisions, breech and multiple births handling, repair of obstetric/lacerations, open and laparoscopic gynecologic procedures including tubal ligation, and related operative/major diagnostic duties. EMR is Epic. Call schedule includes 24-hour call and night call; beeper required. Licensure in OR scope; credentialing within 90 days; BLS and NRP required. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay plus housing, car rental, mileage, and tail malpractice coverage. Referral bonus available for referrals who work 160 hours.
