Conduct inpatient obstetrics and gynecology coverage with 24-hour shifts, managing 16-20 patients per shift including 6-8 deliveries. Perform high and low-risk OB care, C-sections, VBACs, and multiple births, while interpreting OB ultrasounds and executing amniocentesis, forceps, and abruption management. Handle admissions and complicated deliveries with approximately 11-18 shifts per month, utilizing the online portal for assignment details and time entry.
