Locums - CRNA needed for hospital-based anesthesia in Warren, MI. 40 hours per week with 8s, 10s, or 12s shifts; no call required though flexibility to review providers who can work 20–30 hours per week. Supervised CRNA model for adult and geriatric patients performing general surgical cases. Level III trauma with 10 operating rooms; RN and Surgical Tech support available. Credentialing timeframe 90–120 days; temps approved for clean files. Certification requirements include MI RN License, BLS, ACLS, AANA, and Clean File.
