Locums NP - Family Practice Position in California

Manage 8-hour or 9-hour shifts averaging 20–27 patients, including walk-ins added to prebooked schedules. Treat patients aged 6 months and up, primarily from Spanish-speaking, farm-working families. Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits. Receive 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant and support team. Covered transportation and housing expenses are provided. All-inclusive compensation ranges from $70.00 to $90.00 hourly, combining base pay with overtime, call, and holiday pay.
