Manage 8-hour shifts averaging 20 to 24 patients or 9-hour shifts averaging 25 to 27 patients in family practice, with walk-in patients added to the prebooked schedule. Care for patients aged 6 months and up, primarily from Spanish-speaking, farm-working families, while scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits. Earn competitive hourly compensation ranging from $70.00 to $90.00, inclusive of overtime, call, and holiday pay, alongside paid malpractice insurance and covered transportation and housing. 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant and support team is available.
