Job Summary
Conduct outpatient family practice primary care and same-day visits, managing an average of 20 to 27 patients per shift. Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, joint injections, and IUD placements, while serving a primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family patient population. Schedule includes full-time five days per week with 8-hour shifts, one evening shift from 12 pm to 9 pm, and one Saturday per month. Requires two years of NP/PA experience with family practice and urgent care preferred.
