Manage 23 to 25 daily patients across all ages with a focus on chronic care management in family practice. Perform simple procedures including sutures, incision and drainage, and laceration repairs alongside telehealth visits and call-in medication refills. Work M-F or in 4 x 10 schedules with a day off to be determined.
