Conduct 7 to 10 neurosurgical cases per 24-hour shift, including 70% spine procedures like lumbar laminectomy and ACDF, and 30% cranial surgeries such as craniotomy for hematoma, tumor, and shunt placement. Work 24-hour call rotations from 7 am to 7 am in a hospital setting where surgical privileges are required.
