Conduct 7-10 neurosurgical calls per 24-hour shift with 24-hour call coverage from 7 am to 7 am, managing 70% spine cases (lumbar laminectomy, ACDF, spinal deformity) and 30% cranial procedures (craniotomy for hematoma, tumor, shunt placement). Requires current hospital privileges and general neurosurgery skills. Receive weekly pay deposit, complimentary housing, travel, and comprehensive malpractice coverage.
