Job Summary
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP for 6 months with potential extension at a facility near South Dallas, TX. Case mix includes GI/IR primary with some OR cases (colorectal/gyn onc). TX license and Board certification required; BLS mandatory. Epic EMR in use. Credentialing timeframe ~120 days. No new grads. Housing, travel, and tail malpractice coverage provided; referral bonus offered for referrals who work 160 hours. Local candidates preferred.
