Locum CRNA to cover IP/OP surgery including Endo, GI, ENT, Gen Surg, Ortho, and GYN in inpatient/outpatient settings. Schedule typically Mon-Fri, 7a-3p with no call. Cases include ortho, spine, neuro, pediatric, regional anesthesia, spinal and epidural anesthesia, and open heart/complex vascular/neurical cases as appropriate. Supervision by CRNA; EMR system Epic. Licensure in IN or IMLC required; credentialing in 75 days.
