Locums CRNA-OB

Locum CRNA-OB needed near Gladwin, MI, with responsibilities across multiple locations. Provider will float between 3 locations as needed. Schedule typically Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts, with on-call requirements including 1:3 and holiday coverage; weeknights until 11pm and weekends 7am–11pm. Inpatient 10-20% and outpatient 80-90%. Independent model with scope coverage including abdominal procedures, ophthalmology (cataracts), podiatry, orthopedics, vascular, cardiology (TEEs/cardio versions), and general anesthesia (MAC, regional with optional blocks). EMR: Epic. Must have ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications and an active Michigan license. Referral bonus offered for successful referrals after 160 hours worked.
