Job Summary
CRNA for obstetric and general surgical cases in an autonomous practice with light supervision. Primary responsibilities include pre-operative assessments, intraoperative anesthesia delivery for general surgery, orthopedic procedures with emphasis on blocks, and obstetric care requiring epidural placement. Work Monday–Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM in a 1:2–4 staffing model; autonomous practice with limited ENT procedures and catheter-lab/stent cases; offshore cardiac and neurosurgical cases excluded. Requires board certification and prescriptive authority. Locum-tenens assignment with on-site duties in a hospital setting; no cardiac/neurosurgery; optional weekend call. On-site location: Grand Rapids, MI (USA).
