Job Summary
Provide anesthesia services in nine operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and cardiovascular labs under on-site MD supervision with minimal oversight. Manage case mix including cardiac, orthopedic, general surgery, vascular, and trauma procedures while maintaining proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and blocks. Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with negotiable call coverage from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM, responding to OB calls in-house within 20 minutes. Board certification is required for this locums assignment spanning sporadic dates from September through December. Credentialing typically takes 60 to 90 days with temporary privileges available for clinicians with a clean file.
