Job Summary
Locum CRNAs needed to start November 2026 and work ongoing near Huntington, KY. KY license preferred. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's. Cases include General, Ortho, Uro, ENT, Endo, Basic peds, minimal vascular & OB (Obstetrics optional). Call is not much but will be discussed on phone interview. Supervision: 1:3/1:4. Credentialing: 30 - 60 days. EMR: EPIC. $1000 referral bonus for referrals who work 160 hours. Competitive hourly pay plus housing, travel, and tail coverage with malpractice insurance. Required Qualifications
