Job Summary
Conduct regional anesthesia coverage for a busy surgery center in Roanoke, VA, managing cases in Endo, Eyes, Ortho, and Peds. Provide 5 points of service daily with a Monday through Friday schedule, starting cases at 7:30 AM or earlier for pediatrics. Deliver an 8-hour guarantee with days extending as needed, while working a minimum 40-hour week. Maintain VA licensure and complete credentialing within 45 days. No call rotations apply for weekends or holidays. Receive competitive hourly pay, housing, travel, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Required Qualifications
- VA license
- proficient providers for ENT and eyes
- capable - proficient in regional anesthesia
- Knows how to run a busy center
- Must be available for 4-5 days per week
- Must be available Monday - Friday
- Cases start 7:30, 7am or earlier if in peds room
- Must be available for 8 hr guarantee
- Must be available for days that are going to be longer
- Must be available for very busy surgery center
- Must be available for At least a 40 hr week
- Must be available for No call, weekends, or holidays
