Job Summary
Conduct chronic care management for 23 to 25 patients daily, including telehealth visits and medication refill calls. Perform simple procedures such as sutures, incision and drainage, and laceration repairs. Maintain hospital privileges and BLS certification. Work M-F or 4/10s with a day off TBD. Earn $70 to $90 hourly with paid malpractice, health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits, plus covered transportation and housing. 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant is provided.
