Conduct full-time urology coverage including outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and call with a 20-minute response time. Perform robotic surgery and adult urology procedures, with pediatric and neonate cases preferred. Utilize advanced endoscopic skills for laparoscopic, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, and prostatectomy, while radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit experience is preferred.
